Scope of Services
All services are advisory in nature. They are provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Engagement
All engagements begin with an Initial Advisory Conversation. Subsequent work is scoped and agreed upon separately.

Payment
Full payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the website.
