Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule an Initial Advisory Conversation at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows / Late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is subject to availability and must be approved.
